Additional Information:
Mrs. Bauer and her husband, Paul, share a son, Nicholas (Nico) Bauer, who was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and MIxed Expressive and Receptive Language Disorder in 2016. Nico is the inspiration behind Seeable and its vision to make this world a more inclusive place.

Additional Information:
Jeff has been working with technology since middle school when he taught himself the Basic programming language, and he's enjoyed working with computers ever since. He currently develops enterprise software applications with his consulting company Cognizant, and also has his own Android app. When Dana told him about the vision she had for Seeable, he immediately saw how it could help those in need, like his cousin Nico Bauer.

Elyse Davis

Elyse has more than ten years of experience in client relations, sales, digital design, leadership, marketing, copywriting, social media management, and content creation. She operates a self-developed photography business and works as a freelance writer and editor for copy and content. Elyse and her husband Chad have three children, their youngest, Mia, was diagnosed with Agenesis of the Corpus Callosum at birth, a congenital neurological birth defect that affects motor planning, cognitive development and presents with a global developmental delay. Elyse threw herself into researching her daughter’s diagnosis and making sure she received the best care and resources to live a happy and healthy life, even though doctors expressed she would have a poor quality of life. Now, seven years later Mia is heading to first grade, she is fluent in American Sign Language and has no problem keeping up with her peers. Elyse advocates for Mia as well as other children and caregivers that experience disability and disorders.


Kevin Farley

Additional Information:
Kevin has many years of corporate supply chain work and video production experience.  When he was asked to join the SeeAble board he jumped at the opportunity to help both his godson, Nico Bauer, and others with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Mixed Expressive and Receptive Language Disorder. When he’s not working on SeeAble videos he’s spending time with his wife and three sons.
 

Mary Fuentes

Additional Information:
Mary Fuentes has been working with neurodivergent children and adolescents in the Pittsburgh area as an early intervention therapist, and now special education teacher.  Ms. Fuentes has a sibling and child on the Autism Spectrum. Building a community that is more accepting and accessible to individuals with Autism and other needs has been a lifelong goal.

Dennis Gilfoyle

Additional Information:
Dennis led one of the top JA programs in the country. He started his career as a Program Director in 1984, the was promoted to leadership positions in marketing and development. In 1994 he became President of Junior Achievement of Jacksonville until his return to Pittsburgh in 1997. 

In 2006 he became the Chief Executive Officer of the Western PA operation until his retirement in 2021.

Additional Information:
Sara and her husband, Sean, have a son Zachary who was diagnosed with ASD, SPD, ADHD in 2014. As a registered nurse, she has worked with special needs kids and adults throughout her career while advocating for her patients as well as raising awareness and acceptance. In her off time, Sara can be found crafting for Telluric Waves, LLC alongside her husband and their children, Zachary (age 12) and Marlaina (age 9). As a fellow Ice Shark mom, she connected with Dana Bauer in their shared journey raising a neurodivergent child and experiencing the joy hockey has brought to each of their families.
 

Courtney Yuhasz

Courtney Yuhasz is an avid supporter of individuals with special needs and has over a decade of experience working with children with autism and other developmental disorders. As an autism mom herself, she understands the unique challenges that special needs families face and is committed to making a difference in their lives.

In her role at New Horizon, Courtney is dedicated to helping children with special needs reach their full potential while giving other care professionals the support they need to succeed. She also volunteers in the local special needs community, providing support to families and advocating for resources to improve their quality of life.

As a board member of Seeable, Courtney brings her extensive experience, contacts, and expertise in the special needs community to help the company achieve its mission of reducing stress and anxiety for special needs individuals.
